Orders & Payment

All orders must be paid in full at checkout. Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability are subject to change at any time.

Final Sale Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

If a return, replacement, or exchange is approved by Social Hour LLC, compensation will be provided as store credit only.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible with your order information and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Claims will be reviewed individually. Approval of a replacement, exchange, or store credit is at the discretion of Social Hour LLC.

Beauty & Personal Care Products

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetics, skincare products, lashes, beauty tools, and other personal-care products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they were received damaged or incorrect.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product ingredients before use and performing a patch test when appropriate. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Social Hour LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are determined by the carrier.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Social Hour LLC is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier that are later lost, missing, or stolen. Customers should contact the shipping carrier regarding delivery disputes.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders begin processing shortly after purchase. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled once it has been submitted.

Promotions & Discount Codes

Discount codes and promotions may have individual restrictions and expiration dates. Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined.
